The very first filling of 4-year-old Australian Belgrove rye whiskey from That Boutique-y Rye Company. The limited edition Batch 4 contains 340 bottles.

Belgrove distillery is known worldwide for its rye whiskeys , which are created in a truly unique way. Behind them is Peter Bignell , a Tasmanian farmer who became a distillery and is also known as a "mad scientist". He grows his own grains to make whiskey and even uses biofuel to burn distillate, which is cooking oil from a nearby car park!

On the label you will find whiteboards with the production process and also a well-known TV chef who visited this distillery in his show and tried unconventional techniques for the production of this whiskey himself ...
