The Octave Caol Ila 2008 13 Year Old

Caol Ila is a luxurious 13-year-old Scotch single malt whisky that was distilled in 2008 and comes from the Islay region. It belongs to the limited collection The Octave, which contains the highest quality single malt, blended malt and single grain whiskey.

Caol Ila matured for an exceptionally long 13 years in oak barrels, which gave it a slightly spicy taste with notes of vanilla, fruit and smoke. Subsequently, it was filled into ex-sherry Octave barrels, where it matured for 3 months. Finally, it was bottled at a strength of 54.2 % alcohol content in 2021 with a limited number of 90 pieces!

We recommend serving it plain or with an ice cube.
