The Octave Caol Ila 2008 13 Year Old

Caol Ila is a luxurious 13-year-old Scottish single malt whisky, distilled in 2008 and hailing from the Islay region. It belongs to the limited collection The Octave, which features the finest single malt, blended malt, and single grain whiskies.

Caol Ila matured for an exceptionally long 13 years in oak casks, imparting a subtly spicy flavor with notes of vanilla, fruit, and smoke. It was then filled into ex-sherry Octave casks, where it aged for 3 months. Finally, it was bottled at a strength of 54.2 % alcohol by volume in 2021 with a limited release of 90 bottles!

We recommend serving it neat or with a cube of ice.
