Veuve Clicquot Demi Sec

Excellent elegant French semi-dry sparkling wine Veuve Clicquot Demi Sec, made from 50 different wines. This blend consists of grape varieties 40 to 45% Pinot Noir, 30 to 35% Meunier, and 20 to 25% Chardonnay.

Thanks to the 40 to 45% share of Pinot Noir, the wine has an excellent structure with a delicate taste. Various fruity notes indicate that the blend has a higher level of Meunier, complemented by Chardonnay.

The wine ages in Crayères (the vineyard cellars) for at least 3 years. With proper storage for 2 to 3 years, Veuve Clicquot Demi Sec develops even richer notes of aroma and flavor.

We recommend serving at a temperature of 8 - 10 °C. It pairs excellently with blue cheeses, desserts, pancakes, or pastries.
