Behind the exceptional flavour profile of this extraordinary gin, however, is a whole host of botanicals harmonised into a harmonious, intense whole. In addition to juniper and violet blossom extract, it also contains coriander, cinnamon bark, iris root, archangelina root, liquorice, lime and lemon.
