GinRaw is a gastronomic gin originating from the art of living Barcelona. The creation is backed by a pair of entrepreneurs and four masters: a chef, a sommelier, a mixologist and a perfumer, who have incorporated a significant dose of their own perfectionism into the gin. Sir Edmond is a premium Dutch gin with a very distinctive vanilla flavor. It is made from bourbon vanilla, which comes from the island of Réunion, juniper from Macedonia, angelica root from Greenland, cardamom from Guatemala, ginger from Nigeria and cinnamon from China. The name gin comes from Edmond Albius, who pioneered the method of rapid pollination of vanilla flowers. The bottle is closed with a cork stopper.
