Monkey 47 Distiller’s Cut 2025 is a limited edition of the prestigious German gin, marking the 15th edition of the Distiller’s Cut series.
The base is a traditional recipe of the gin legend - 47 hand-selected botanicals from the Black Forest — complemented by the 48th special ingredient (the so-called species rara), which for 2025 is hand-harvested Fleur de Sel sea salt from the pink salt flats of the Camargue region (Southern France).
The addition of Fleur de Sel brings a subtle mineral accent and a hint of marine freshness to the gin's profile, echoing the sun-baked salt flats and sea air.
The result is a spicy, elegant, and dry gin with remarkable complexity: typical juniper, herbs, and citrus from Monkey 47 gain a new dimension thanks to the warmth of the sun, delicate salt, and a hint of the sea in the finish.
Available in a 0.5 l bottle with an alcohol content of 47 % ABV.
