Aperol Aperitivo is an alcoholic beverage that belongs to the spicy Bitter. It has a light fruity taste. It is made from gentian, rhubarb, orange extracts, aromatic herbs and dyes. It was founded in the Italian family company Barbieri on the outskirts of Padua around 1919. Its peculiarity is its very low alcohol content.
