Bacardi Carta Blanca

Bacardi Carta Blanca is the most famous white rum produced by the Puerto Rican company Bacardi. It is a very light dry rum, which is the right one for mixing the original Daiquiri drink.

The best-selling brand of spirits worldwide, it enjoys its popularity in more than 170 countries around the world. Bacardi Carta Blanca was founded in 1862 and is still a remarkable family brand.

Bacardi Carta Blanca rum has to go through a complex production process. In order to be pure, it must be distilled four times. It is then filtered through charcoal five times and finally, to develop its full flavour, it is stored in American white oak barrels for a full year. In terms of taste, Bacardi is characterised above all by its slight dryness, which is accompanied by a very sweet vanilla flavour and fruity apricot undertones. The finish is long and very sweet.
