Balan Vie del Conte Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is a red, dry, Italian wine. It comes from vineyards in the Montepulciano D'Abruzzo DOC, and the grape variety is 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.
Montepulciano is harvested from early September to late October. Its carefully selected bunches are destemmed, crushed, and then undergo alcoholic maceration for 10 to 12 days, at a temperature not exceeding 26 °C. Fermentation separates the wine from the skins and is stored in steel, where fermentation takes place. Refinement occurs first in steel tanks and then in the bottle.
We recommend serving it with roasted and braised meats, cold cuts, and aged cheeses.
Color: intense ruby red with purple reflections
Aroma and taste: spices, chocolate, plums, ripe cherries
