Description

Elegant Champagne Piaff Brut is a vibrant Champagne with initial brioche notes on the nose, transitioning into pear and apple tones enhanced by a beautiful, persistent mousse. An excellent example of premium Champagne from France.

It is made from a blend of 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier. The vineyards are located in the Marne Valley. The soil in this area is rich, featuring chalk subsoil and a climate influenced by both oceanic rainfall and continental summers.

The vinification takes place in stainless-steel tanks. The wine then matures for at least 2 years in the bottle, where it develops its characteristic bubbles. This is how a still wine transforms into a sparkling wine. The alcohol content at bottling is 12%. We recommend serving well-chilled as an apéritif. Perfect for any occasion.
