Bundle 4x Balan white wine
Balan Sauvignon is a white, dry, Italian wine, vintage 2022. It is produced in vineyards in the Lison Pramaggiore and Grave del Friuli area with different geological composition and two types of soils: clay and calcareous. The grape variety is 100 % Sauvignon.
The grapes are gently pressed, the must is adjusted to a low temperature and cryomacerated to achieve better extraction of the aromas. The wine rests in steel tanks for several months before bottling, followed by a further period of refinement after the bottling phase.
The wine is structured, dry, elegant and velvety. An aristocratic product designed to be drunk young, but not afraid of ageing.
We recommend pairing it with many foods, especially fish, but also with aromatic herbs and egg dishes.
Colour: straw yellow with greenish highlights
Aroma and taste: aromatic, reminiscent of yellow peppers, tomato leaves and nutmeg
Balan Vie del Conte Soave is a white, dry, Italian wine. It is made from grapes from the eastern Lessinia region in the province of Verona. The variety is 100 % Soave.
The grapes are harvested at the end of September, the grapes are gently pressed, the must is taken at low temperatures and the maceration is carried out cold to better extract the aromas.
We recommend combining it mainly with fish and fish starters.

The grapes are gently pressed, the must is adjusted to a low temperature and cryomacerated to achieve better extraction of the aromas. The wine rests for several months in steel tanks before bottling, followed by a further period of refinement after the bottling phase.
The wine has a wonderful structure and an unusual elegance that makes it a wine of great prestige and refinement.
