While the strawberries accentuate the sweet flavour notes, the elderflowers uniquely resonate with the roses already distilled in the base gin full of a characteristic blend of juniper, blackcurrant and rowan. We recommend drinking the gin on its own with an ice cube and fresh strawberries or raspberries or flavoured with rose tonic, it is also suitable for mixed drinks.
