Renais Small Batch Gin is a bold and lively drink with a distinctive flavour profile, inspired by the people, products and origins of Burgundy, France. The exceptional actress Emma Watson and her brother Alex are behind this premium gin!
The producers have taken the utmost care in selecting the right ingredients to flavour this distinctive gin. Salvaged grape skins are harvested after the wine is pressed to produce the base spirit, helping to minimise waste while delivering an exceptional liquid.
Natural ingredients including juniper, grains of paradise, lime blossom and acacia honey grown by partner producers complete the vibrant flavour profile of Renais gin.
Renais is a modern interpretation of a historic product - a 21st century gin with roots in the past. Everything from the production process and the bottle to the spirit within it pays homage to what has gone before, but lives on in the here and now.
Distilled from upcycled French grapes, created from generations of tradition inspired by the terroir of Chablis in Burgundy, grown in France, distilled in England!
This gin is also certified as a carbon neutral product.
Emma and her brother Alex's gin is inspired by the people, production and history of the Chablis region, where their father Chris has been investing in wine for over 30 years. The Domaine Watson brand, which exists separately from Renais, encompasses several small Chablis and Irancy vineyards. Renais makes its gin with grape skins from Domaine Watson vineyards that have been salvaged from the winemaking process, then fortifies them with pressed grand cru grapes and a selection of natural herbs. The result is a testament to the passion of two generations of the Watson family for the region and the wine of Chablis.
At Renais, they don't make ordinary celebrity gin. They are creating a true family heritage here. And they know what they're doing.
Bottles are bottled at 40 % alcohol with a volume of 0,7 l. The number of bottles is limited!
Imagine the fragrant coast of Italian Liguria and small fishing village of Portofino. A picturesque village with colorful houses and a turquoise sea was the inspiration for this award-winning Italian Portofino Dry Gin.
The unique microclimate of the coast there allows rich Mediterranean vegetation to grow all year round. Portofino Dry Gin contains 21 botanicals, each carefully selected for its natural aromatic properties. Local junipers, lemons, lavender, rosemary, marjoram, sage, iris and roses are all grown in the botanical sanctuary on the Portofino hills. These are mysteriously mixed with local hand-picked ingredients and together form the secret recipe of this gin. After tasting, the fresh opening notes of lemons and juniper will take you through the hills of Portofino. The scent of wild rosemary and lavender will draw you into the atmosphere of the Mediterranean Sea, and the taste of marjoram and sage will remind you of the flavors of Italian Liguria cuisine.
Portofino Gin is produced in an ancient Italian distillery 2 hours away. Traditional and innovative distillation methods are combined with each production batch: from the old Italian copper pot still distillation method (used also in the production of local liqueur and grappa) to the state-of-the-art technology that produces vacuum distillation, preserving the aromas from our most delicate botanicals.
Made and bottled in Italy from natural ingredients.
