The aroma is moderately strong with tones of barley sugar and anise, tones of cut grass and fennel, a hint of straw and freshness of plants. The taste is quite sweet and delicate. You will find tones of winter pepper and dark sugar, a touch of rum. The finish is medium sweet and medium long.
