Chateau Rúbaň Blaufränkisch

Slovak quality wine with late harvest attribute, wine with protected designation of origin, red, dry. Variety Blaufränkisch (Frankovka modrá), year 2020, Južnoslovenská vinohradnícka oblasť - Strekov.

Hand-picked and picked grapes from old vineyards from the best Strekov hunt Góre, were processed gently in a combination of traditional and modern production methods. After fermentation on skins and malocatic fermentation, the wine matured for 12 months in new 1,300 liter barrels .

Wine of light crimson color with a ruby reflection with a decent varietal fruity aroma , especially ripe cherries and plums. The taste of the wine is harmoniously balanced, spicy with the dominance of stone fruit and underlined by the elegant tannins that the wine acquired during maturation in large barrels.

We recommend serving at a temperature of 15 - 17 ° C. Bottle maturity 3 - 5 years.
