This fine coffee comes from the Minas Gerais region of Brazil, where it is grown at an altitude of between 1100 and 1500 metres. The cultivation is carried out by small-scale farmers who work with varieties such as Mondo Novo, Bourbon and Catuai. The grains are processed using the semi-washed (pulped natural) method, which allows them to retain their delicate sweetness and purity of flavour. Each batch undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure that only the very best reaches the consumer.
