Coffeein Cuba Sierra Maestra 1000g
Coffeein Cuba Sierra Maestra is an exceptional coffee with a full body, 100 % Arabica, with chocolate and tobacco notes and completely without acidity.
It comes from Cuba's Sierra Maestra mountain range, where coffee trees are grown in a unique environment together with tobacco plants. It is this unusual terroir that gives the beans their characteristic bitterness, complex flavour and strength. The beans used are the larger 'serrano superior' beans, which are among the most valuable Cuba has to offer. The country strictly guards its coffee and its exports are limited, making it a rare and highly sought-after raw material. After a prolonged period of unavailability, a limited quantity has once again been made available - the perfect opportunity to discover a Caribbean treasure in a cup.
The coffee is roasted to a Full City hue, which supports its dense body and accentuates the bitter, earthier nuances. The packaging label is made from recycled coffee waste, underscoring the brand's eco-friendly approach.
Coffeein is a Slovakian artisan coffee brand that prides itself on freshness, quality and a fair approach to both customers and suppliers. The coffee is roasted in Slovakia in small batches, with each profile fine-tuned with an emphasis on flavour and origin.
Their goal is to deliver an exceptional coffee experience that carries the story of each country and farmer. With its philosophy and approach, Coffeein is constantly pushing the boundaries of the traditional perception of coffee and is not afraid of symbolic elements - such as the label with the portrait of Che Guevara, which here does not refer to ideology, but to the place of origin. After all, Guevara was based in the Sierra Maestra, the same mountain range from which this coffee originates. The label thus represents a revolution - not a political one, but a coffee one.
