Description
Don Zoilo Cream is a very pleasant Spanish sherry that comes from the Jerez region. It has a beautiful dark brown color with golden highlights.
It is made from a mixture of different grape varieties that have dried for 15 days in the hot sun. Sherry matured for at least 12 years in the largest wine cellar in Europe with an area of 180,000 m2.
We recommend serving with aged cheeses, starters, dried meat or as an aperitif.

Aroma: intense, raisins, figs, nuts, honey
Taste: sweet, marzipan, almonds, cinnamon, tobacco
Finish: medium length, fruit, figs, sherry, plums
