The 15-year-old sweet old sherry oloroso, Dry Sack "Solera Especial", which is made from Palomino and Pedro Ximenez grapes, matures for at least fifteen years in the solera system, thanks to which it creates a strong and complex taste profile. The sweet tones of raisins, vanilla, caramel and caramel are beautifully balanced by roasted nuts, burnt sugar and roasted coffee. The touch of spices persists in the finish.
