Duc du Breuil XO
Duc du Breuil XO is a delicious brandy that is produced in France. It is a brandy of exceptional quality that has undergone a long maturation process and combines rich flavours and aromas.
Duc du Breuil XO is made from Ugni Blanc grapes, which come from vineyards in the Cognac region of France. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and fermented to produce a white wine. This is followed by distillation, in which the wine is distilled 2 times in copper stills.
After distillation, the brandy is placed in oak barrels to age for 6 years. Many casks are used repeatedly to allow the brandy to soak up the oak notes and gain complexity. During maturation, the brandy gradually evolves, acquiring rich aromas and flavours.
Duc du Breuil XO is characterised by a rich and complex flavour profile. On the tongue you can smell notes of dried fruits such as figs and apricots. On the finish, there are hints of vanilla, nuts and spices. It has a rich and silky texture with a long and pleasant aftertaste.
We recommend serving the brandy as a digestif after a meal, ideally at room temperature or slightly chilled to enjoy its full flavour potential.
