Description
Gran Reserva from El Pasador de Oro is a Guatemalan rum made from sugar cane honey. Freshly squeezed sugar cane juice is slowly heated until the water evaporates and fermented for several days with natural pineapple yeast. After mixing rums of different ages, the mixture was left to rest in Cognac barrels in France for 6 months.
Aroma and taste: spices for baking, especially cinnamon accompanied by hot chocolate, exotic fruit sweets, raisins and licorice, orange peel at the end
