Glenmorangie A Tale of Tokyo is a Scottish single malt whisky that combines a bright, bold flavor with a gentle sweetness and is full of delicious sensory contrasts just like Tokyo itself.

Inspired by the effort to capture the experience of the many sensory dimensions of Tokyo. This is the first experimentation with rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks, Dr. Bill blended Glenmorangie whisky partially matured in Mizunara oak casks with whisky that spent time in sherry and bourbon casks, creating a unique limited edition that is perfectly balanced with the house style of Glenmorangie.

The aroma is spicy and herbal, with hints of buttery caramel that contrast with notes of incense. All of this is complemented by resin and a touch of cedar wood. The palate embraces spicy notes, accompanied by flavors of sour oranges, bitter cherries, and fennel. The finish is long and gently nutty, with hints of almonds, mandarins, white pepper, and resin.

The whisky combines notes of spice, delicious fruit with sweet oak - thus creating a unique and complex flavor profile, which is the result of a recipe of various oak casks.
