Its production is limited, like that of the 12-year-old Yellow Spot, with only 6,000 bottles produced annually . These are usually 'dismantled at home, so it is rare to buy it anywhere other than Ireland.

Its nose has notes of fresh fruit, green apples and pears with a subtle hint of vanilla sweetness and caramel. On the tongue, it offers a full body with fruity flavours and spicy notes that lead into a warming finish with a light touch of oak and a subtle spiciness. The finish is long and beautifully vanilla.
