Habitation Velier Forsyths WPE 2017

Habitation Velier White Forsyths WPE 2017 is an extremely aromatic white molasses rum from Jamaica. It comes from the oldest sugar factory in the world and the renowned Worthy Park Distillery, dated to 1670. White Forsyths WP 2017 rum was twice distilled by the pot still method and fermented with specific yeast cultures for an unusually long time (up to 3 weeks). It is a process that has had its world premiere and was used exclusively in the production for the Velier brand. The result is a convincing pure single rum (coming exclusively from one distillery) excellent for its high level of esters - chemical compounds responsible for aromatic tones.

Aroma: very aromatic and intense, tones of tropical fruit and distinctly fresh green tones of sugar cane
Taste: rich but still delicate, perfectly balanced, sweet with tones of exotic fruit, especially bananas, spicy tones of galangal and cloves
Conclusion: long and intense, with an overall clean impression
