Long Pond Cambridge 2005 STCE
This bottling of the Long Pond 2005 Cambridge STC♥E is the older brother of the Long Pond 2010.
Distilled in 2005 at Long Pond in twin pot stills, this rum bears the STC♥E designation, which stands for "Simon Thomson Cambridge Estate". It indicates an ester content of between 550 and 700 grams per hectolitre of pure alcohol.
This rum has been aged for 18 years in tropical conditions. The rum is part of the Simon Thomson Cambridge Estate (STCE) category, aged exclusively in tropical climates in ex-bourbon casks. Influenced by the empyreumatic and medicinal elements bestowed upon it at the peak of its youth, the palette of flavours and aromas has taken on exotic, vanilla and powdery notes over the years.
The bottles are bottled at 60 % alcohol with a volume of 0,7 l. They are supplied in gift boxes.
