Foursquare Shibboleth
Foursquare Shibboleth is the latest collectible rum from the workshop of Richard Seal and his Barbados distillery Foursquare Rum Distillery.
This single blended rum was created by combining double-retort copper pot still and continuous twin column still distillation. Subsequently, Fousquare Shibboleth matured for 16 years in American white oak bourbon barrels.
Shibboleth (Hebrew: שבולת, Slovak: obilný klas) is a language tool that in communication situations serves to distinguish members of one (social, dialect) group from another, in a broader sense of the word, password, cognitive motto, allusion. Shibboleths are not language schools, on the contrary: they are often (seemingly) often spoken words, but they can reveal the origin of the speaker, often without his knowledge.

It is rum in its natural form. No sweetening, no flavoring and no added dye. At the same time, it is unfiltered and therefore a slight turbidity may also appear in it as evidence.
Aroma: Perfumed tones of white pepper, vanilla teat, raisins, pineapple with hints of turmeric and eucalyptus combined with heavy rum tones of burnt rubber and asphalt.
Taste: Soft, sweet and vanilla-creamy taste. Full of ripe mango, caramel, golden syrup and a delicate sweet aniseed taste.
Conclusion: The beautiful summer tones of tropical fruit give way to a long-lasting spicy finish full of spices for baking and an intoxicating desire to reach for another sip.
