Hatozaki Umeshu Cask 12 Year Old

Hatozaki Umeshu Cask is a premium 12-year-old whisky from the land of the rising sun - Japan. This is a very special whisky that will charm you with great notes of fruit and flowers after tasting it.

It is created by combining several 5 to 6-year-old Japanese single malts from The Kaikyo distillery. The mixed malt was filled into American oak barrels where it rested for up to 12 years, including a 6-month finish in Umeshu barrels - a sweet and sour Japanese liqueur made from Ume variety plums.

We recommend serving plain or with a drop of water at room temperature. It goes perfectly with Tempura Sushi. The whisky comes in a nice cream gift box. This is a limited edition Small Batch.
