Jack Daniel's Bonded
A bold, boisterous whiskey, Jack Daniel's Bonded is known as Bottled-in-Bond. That means it can only be distilled by one distiller during one distilling season. It can also only be aged in a state bonded warehouse for at least 4 years and bottled at 50 % alcohol.
Bonded whiskey has its own specific character. However, it is still a premium Jack Daniel's whisky, made according to traditional methods from a blend of 80 % corn, 12 % barley and 8 % rye.
Jack Daniel's Bonded is dominated by a smooth and sweetish character, which is more robust thanks to the higher alcohol content. Enjoy an aroma full of notes of caramel, oak and spice. On the strong palate you'll find hints of brown sugar, cooked fruit and oak.
To make whiskey, you need quality water, which is why, when Jack Daniels founded the distillery, it bought the Cave Spring Hollow water source - a cave and its surroundings that are a rare natural source of crystal-clear spring water. The cave's limestone layers naturally provide the water with various minerals that contribute to its unique character.
The bottles have a volume of 0,7 l.
