Jura 18 Year Old

A small island community at the Jura distillery takes time to mature, stretched by the changing seasons and tempered by a unique microclimate. Each year brings its own wealth to the uniqueness of this 18-year-old whisky.

This whisky, maturing for a long eighteen years in ex-bourbon casks made from American white oak, is then beautifully enriched with a finish in barrique casks that previously held premium Premier Grand Cru Classé Bordeaux red wine from southern France. The result is an incredibly rich and fruity whisky with flavors of cooked raspberries, spices, rich caramel, and crème anglaise.

Finally, it is bottled in the typical Jura distillery bottles with a high 44% alcohol content, which are presented in tin gift tubes.
