Piccini Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG is a Tuscan red wine based on a mixture of 95% Sangiovese and 5% Cabernet grapes, Chianti Classico DOCG wine region, Italy (250-400 m above sea level). This wine-growing area is rich in culture, history and traditions and is considered to be the oldest area of origin located on the border of the areas belonging to Siena and Florence. The wine matured for 18 months in wooden barrels of the tonneaux type and rested undisturbed in the bottle for another 3 months, until it went on sale among true lovers of quality Italian wine.
Color : intense and dark ruby red
Aroma and taste: strong, deliciously sweet and velvety with tones of blackberries and raspberries, shows perfect maturity and balance of flavors with a delicate spicy finish with a woody oak tone
This wine goes well with juicy grilled or roasted meat.
