Rosebank 31 Year Old
Rosebank's 31 Year Old is an exclusive single malt Scotch whisky that is nicknamed "The King of the Lowlands" - "The King of the Lowlands". This is the second release (Release Two) with a limited number of units! It was triple distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2022 without chill filtration and colouring at 48,1 % alcohol.
In 1993 the distillery in Falirk was closed and production stopped completely. This was a very sad event for all whisky enthusiasts as the distillery had been in operation since 1840! After almost 30 years, Ian Macleod Distillers is reviving the Rosebank heritage once again.
This deceptively light and lively 31 year old whisky features bursts of citrus, subtle vanilla and candied almonds. Chamomile, berry fruit and baked banana emerge on the palate with a characteristically smooth finish of sweet peach, oak and herbal notes.
The bottle comes in a stylish gift tube.
