Rudolf Jelinek Trnkovica

Rudolf Jelínek Trnkovica is an exceptional spirit made from the small fruits of the wild shrub plant - sloe. Only those fruits that remained on the plant during the first frosts are used. The taste is slightly bitter but at the same time charming. This converts some of the tannins into insoluble compounds, which is the condition for the resulting pleasant taste.

Many years of experience in the production of alcohol contribute to the high quality of the product. The spirits are produced only in limited quantities, which makes tasting them a unique experience. All of them are made from original Czech ingredients. The distillates are produced by multi-stage distillation.

Trnkovica is served at ambient temperature, as this is the only way to achieve the full development of its flavour and aroma. The bottle is shaped like an alarm clock with a volume of 0,7 l and an alcohol content of 42 %.
