Silver kosher plum is a clear distillate with a sweet aroma of stones and a delicate, fruity taste, gently referring to almonds, precisely due to the presence of stones in the yeast. Only the highest quality hand-picked fruit of domestic plum varieties are used for production. The distillate formed by three-stage distillation is not subject to maturation, it is only allowed to rest before bottling, thus achieving its fusion.
