White plum brandy is the most famous Czech fruit distillate, which RUDOLF JELÍNEK has been preparing for you in Vizovice from the best plum yeast since the 19th century. Our distilleries pass on production processes from generation to generation and, together with the most modern technologies, guarantee the highest quality.

We follow many years of tradition in the production of real white Jelínková slivovice. These require the mature plum yeast to undergo a three-stage distillation, thanks to which the plum brandy achieves purity and fineness. The cubes remain present in the yeast at all times to give the resulting beverage a specific tannin taste. It is the stones in the yeast, together with the three-year ripening, that give the plum brandy a delicate, rounded taste of fruit with a pleasant undertone of laid-out distillate.

We serve plum brandy at a temperature corresponding to the surroundings, because only in this way is it possible to achieve the full development of its taste and aroma.
