This fruity and spicy Glengoyne single malt whisky has been matured in a combination of filled casks, ex-bourbon casks and ex-sherry Oloroso casks. Aromas of baked lemon biscuit, caramel custard with hazelnut and spiced apple emerge on the nose, followed by rich vanilla, fresh fruit, cinnamon and honey throughout the palate.
No added colourings or chill filtration.
Bottled at full cask strength - 59,5 % alcohol. The whisky is again presented in a stylish gift box with a thoughtful design.

Cask Strength is a Scottish single mortar from the Highland region, which has been filled into bottles in full strength and in its purest form with an alcohol content of 59.6%. As if you drank straight from the barrel! She matured in ex-sherry Oloroso, oak and ex-bourbon barrels.

The second part of the Glengoyne Legacy series! The whiskey was dedicated to Peter Russell, chairman and founder of Ian Macleod Distillers, which acquired Glengoyne in 2003.
Glengoyne Chapter Two was aged in three barrels, exactly 48% in once-filled barrels after American oak bourbon, 17% in once-filled barrels after sherry (12% in American oak, 5% in European oak) and 35% in refill oak sudoch. The result is a fruity Scottish single malt whiskey scented with cinnamon and vanilla.
