Signal Hill Whisky
Signal Hill Whisky is made with Canadian corn, barley and crystal water from Newfoundland. The whisky is not cold filtered.
The corn whisky is distilled twice in a two-column still to achieve a light and smooth character. Barley whisky is distilled in a pot still to achieve a subtle bready, nutty or malty flavour.
Aged in new white oak barrels for hints of vanilla and caramel, First-Run bourbon barrels for flavours of dried raisins and plums, and Canadian whisky barrels to bring out the grain characteristics.
Thevariable Canadian climate adds character to the whisky, allowing the flavours to be extracted more slowly from the casks and creating a sweet, smooth taste.
Blended with the pristine waters of Newfoundland, Canada. The quality of the water enhances the overall flavour profile of this finely blended whisky.
It is bottled in St. John's within sight of Signal Hill. Bottles are bottled at 40 % ABV with a 0,7 l capacity.
