Signal Hill Whisky
Add a tasting glass and elevate your experience to the next level!
Signal Hill whisky is made from Canadian corn, barley, and crystal-clear water from Newfoundland. The whisky is not cold-filtered.
This corn Canadian whisky is distilled twice in a column still to achieve a light and smooth character. The barley whisky is distilled in pot stills to create a delicate bread, nut, or malt flavor.
It ages in new white oak barrels for notes of vanilla and caramel, in First-Run bourbon barrels that impart flavors of dried raisins and plums, and in Canadian whisky barrels to enhance the grain characteristics.
Variable Canadian climate gives the whisky character, allowing for slower extraction of flavors from the barrels and creating a sweet, smooth taste. It is blended with pristine waters from Newfoundland in Canada. The quality of the water enhances the overall flavor profile of this finely blended whisky.
Bottled in the city of St. John's overlooking Signal Hill. Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 40% with a volume of 0.7 l.
