Tajna Sunset Riesling Wallachian 2022

A dry white wine with a light-golden colour, Tajna Sunset Riesling Wallachian, comes from the Sari vineyard, winery Tajna, vintage 2022.

The beautifully clear light colour is complemented by the more intense fruit aromatics typical of the current vintage. The taste of the wine is rich with fresh green apple flavours.

The majority of this Riesling was harvested on 7.10.2022, which was fermented with a pure yeast culture after basic processing and de-fermentation. After fermentation to dryness, it was oenologically stabilised filtered and bottled after a short maturation in container.

We recommend serving the wine at a temperature of 8-10 °C in slightly closed tulip chalices with a volume of 450-500 ml.

The wine goes well with buttered zander and black elderberry chutney, which is complemented by a delicate horseradish crust.
