A dry wine of sparkly pink colour Tajna Merlot Rose Fresh, comes from Sari vineyard, Tajna winery, vintage 2023, impresses with a clean, harmonious aroma of cherry, currant with herbal background.
On the palate, the wine is round, juicy with a pleasant undertone of cherries and with a playful acidity highlighting the character of this wine.
The Merlot for the rosé was harvested on 3.10.2023 at a sugar content of 21°NM. After de-stemming and milling, a short maceration took place directly in a closed press.
After gentle pressing and subsequent static decanting, the must was fermented with a pure culture of wine yeasts. Fermentation was carried out at a low temperature in order to preserve the wine's primary aromas and freshness. After the fermentation period, the wine was bottled, filtered and bottled within half a year of harvest.
Serve at a temperature of 8-10 °C in 450-500 ml rosé glasses .
Recommended with lamb, seafood, salads, goat's cheese.
