Tanduay Matured Dark Rum is an exceptional rum, aged for 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels, it is a celebration of the tropical heritage of the Philippines. The rich amber colour hints at subtle aromas of dried fruit, roasted oak, vanilla and butterscotch. Its smooth and rounded flavour with notes of caramel, vanilla and dried fruit makes it the perfect companion to enjoy neat or in cocktails.
The taste is dominated by notes of oak, which are perfectly balanced by sweet caramel and vanilla. The aftertaste is subtly woody, with hints of raisins and dark chocolate, completing the complex character of this premium rum.
Tanduay Matured Dark Rum 10 Year Old is distilled with an emphasis on quality and tradition. The result is a full body and smooth texture that reflect careful aging in ex-bourbon barrels.
Bottles are bottled at 40 % alcohol with a 0,7 l capacity and are supplied in gift cartons.
