Undone No.1 Not Rum
A non-alcoholic version of rum with subtle notes of vanilla and spice, ideal for mixed drinks.
Virgin Mojito:
50 ml Undone No.1 Not Rum
10 mint leaves, 20 ml lime juice, 15 ml sugar syrup, soda
Mix everything with ice and top up with soda water.
Not Piña Colada:
50 ml Undone No.1, 100 ml pineapple juice, 50 ml coconut milk
Shake in a shaker with ice and serve with a slice of pineapple.
Undone No.2 Not Gin
An alcohol-free herbal gin base, great for fans of classic gin cocktails.
Virgin Gin & Tonic:
50 ml Undone No.2, 150 ml tonic, lemon slice and ice
Serve in a glass filled with ice.
Not Basil Smash:
50 ml Undone No.2, 10 ml lime juice, basil, 15 ml sugar syrup
Smash basil with lime and syrup, add ice and spirit.
Undone No.3 Not Whiskey
It reproduces the notes of caramel and smoke that are typical of whisky.
Not Old Fashioned:
50 ml Undone No.3, 1 sugar cube, 2 drops of bitters, orange peel
Crush sugar with bitters, add ice and Undone.
Non-Alcoholic Whiskey Sour:
50 ml Undone No.3, 20 ml lemon juice, 15 ml sugar syrup
Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice and serve.
Undone No.5 Not Bitterliqueur
A bittersweet taste ideal for aperitifs and mixed drinks.
Virgin Spritz:
50 ml Undone No.5, 100 ml sparkling water, orange slice
Serve with ice.
Not Americano:
50 ml Undone No.5, 50 ml sparkling water, 50 ml tonic water
Serve all together on the rocks.
Undone No.6 Not Mezcal
It captures the earthy notes and smoky aroma of mezcal.
Virgin Paloma:
50 ml Undone No.6, 100 ml grapefruit juice, soda, grapefruit slice
Mix in a glass with ice.
Not Smoky Margarita:
50 ml Undone No.6, 25 ml lime juice, 15 ml agave syrup
Shake in a shaker with ice and serve.
Tanqueray Alcohol Free
A non-alcoholic alternative to the popular gin, preserving its citrus and juniper notes.
Classic Virgin G&T:
50 ml Tanqueray Alcohol Free, 150 ml tonic water, lemon peel and ice
Mix everything together and serve in a glass with ice.
Cucumber Cooler:
50 ml Tanqueray Alcohol Free, 150 ml soda, cucumber slices and mint leaves
Serve in a glass with ice.
Toison Alcohol Free Spirit
Slovak non-alcoholic spirit with delicate herbal notes.
Toison Tonic:
50 ml Toison Alcohol Free, 150 ml tonic, orange slice
Serve in a glass with ice.
Herbal Lemonade:
50 ml Toison, 100 ml lemon lemonade, mint leaves
Mix with ice and serve.
Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla Alcohol Free
Non-alcoholic gin with a hint of sweet oranges from Andalusia.
Virgin Sevilla Sunrise:
50 ml Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla, 100 ml orange juice, a drop of grenadine
Serve with ice and garnish with an orange slice.
Citrus Spritz:
50 ml Flor de Sevilla, 150 ml soda, lemon slice
Mix everything in a glass with ice.
Toison Berries Alcohol Free Spirit
A fruity spirit with hints of wild berries, ideal for sweeter cocktails.
Berry Tonic:
50 ml Toison Berries, 150 ml tonic, fresh raspberries
Serve with ice.
Forest Fizz:
50 ml Toison Berries, 100 ml cranberry juice, soda
