Yellowstone Single Malt Whiskey

Yellowstone Single Malt Whiskey is an American bourbon whiskey that was launched in March 2023. It is produced at Limestone Branch Distillery Co. in Kentucky. It was distilled and aged in Indiana and matured for 4 years.

The first whiff of the whiskey brings warmth, which is generated by a fairly strong wave of ethanol. As it subsides, the aroma begins to develop, revealing layers of fruity scents, starting with soft, sweet pear and a livelier note of ripe apricots.

The warmth from the scent gives way to a taste of an immediate rush of pear, mingling with a bolder essence of stone fruit. The latter is further sweetened with velvety caramel. The whiskey boasts a medium body that fills the palate with a certain richness that doesn't overwhelm it, resulting in an enjoyable drink.

The bottles are filled at 54 % alcohol and the volume is 0,7 l.
