Bundle 3x Prosecco Brut
This Italian sparkling wine, known as Vigna Rampante Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Bacca Nuda, represents the pinnacle of Vigna Rampante winery's production in the prestigious Montello region. It is made from 100 % Glera, which gives it its typical freshness and elegance.
The grapes are carefully harvested in the second half of September in the Montello area, which is characterised by its sunny slopes and mild climate. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature in order to preserve the grapes' expressive fruitiness and delicate aromas. Secondary fermentation is carried out using the Charmat method in pressurised tanks, which ensures the formation of fine and durable bubbles.
Bacca Nuda is a versatile prosecco, ideal as an aperitif but also as an accompaniment to a variety of dishes. It goes well with seafood, fish dishes, risottos or light vegetable dishes. Its freshness and elegance make it a great choice for any occasion.

Treat yourself to an extra dry Italian prosecco Giusti Rosalia Prosecco DOC Brut. This is a white sparkling wine made from the finest bunches of Glera grapes from vineyards located in the Veneto wine-growing region of Piave Marco Trevigiana, in the municipality of Nervesa della Battaglia (Italy), in the vineyards of the 'Rosalia' estate .
The vinification of the white wine follows the following procedure: soft pressing of the destemmed grapes, clarification of the must obtained and subsequent fermentation with selected yeasts at very low temperatures. This is followed by a prise de mousse in an autoclave.
The soil under the vineyards is moderately heavy with skeleton. The Glera vineyards produce wine using the Sylvoz system with variable density.
It is well suited as an aperitif, for toasting special occasions, but also for enjoying during meals.
