Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut Zero is characterised by its extraordinary dryness, with almost no residual sugar, but this does not detract from its fullness and velvety texture.
The wine is made from 100 % Glera. The grapes are carefully harvested from the best hillside vineyards with optimal sun exposure. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the natural aromas and freshness of the grapes. Secondary fermentation using the Charmat method in pressurised tanks ensures a fine and lasting sparkling wine.
This prosecco is ideal as an aperitif, but it is also excellent with seafood, sushi, light fish dishes or fresh cheese. Its freshness and mineral character make it a great companion for a variety of gastronomic experiences.

The Glera grapes are carefully harvested by hand during the first fourteen days of September in the Colli Asolani region. After soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine is fermented a second time using the Charmat method in pressurised tanks for approximately 40 days, at a temperature of 12 - 13 °C. This process preserves its fresh aromatic character and delicate bubbles.

Secondary fermentation is carried out using the Charmat method in pressurised tanks, which ensures the formation of fine and durable bubbles.
