Sir Edmond is a premium Dutch gin with a very distinctive vanilla flavor. It is made from bourbon vanilla, which comes from the island of Réunion, juniper from Macedonia, angelica root from Greenland, cardamom from Guatemala, ginger from Nigeria and cinnamon from China.
