Piccini Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is an Italian red wine made from 100% of the grapes of the variety Sangiovese Grosso, late hand harvest, wine-growing area of Montalcino, Italy (altitude 350 m above sea level).
The grapes for the production of this wine are harvested by hand during the late summer until the moment when it reaches perfect maturity, usually only in October. It is then fermented for 10-12 days in stainless steel tanks. However, a complex wine such as Piccini Brunello di Montalcino subsequently acquires its charm during maturation, during which freshly fermented wine matures and slowly absorbs aromas and flavor tones from wooden barrels.
This red wine matured to its perfection for up to 20 months in oak barrels, another 4 months in barrique barrels, then spent 24 months stored at a controlled temperature and another 6 months finally rested filled in a bottle. He thus becomes one of the true wine lovers for a total of up to 5 years after the grapes are harvested.
This Tuscan red wine goes well with game and ripe cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18 ˚C.
Piccini Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Riserva is a Tuscan red wine, variety 100 % Sangiovese , hand harvest, wine-growing region Montalcino DOCG, Tuscany, Italy. The wine matured for a total of 6 years - 36 months in French oak barrels and then 6 months in bottle.
Aroma and taste is impressively concentrated, dried fruit, raisins, brown sugar, full body with ripe tannins, lots of chocolate and coffee.
This quality red wine goes well with roast meat, divine and ripe cheese. Serve ideally at 20 ° C.
Giusti Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore is an Italian red dry wine. It is based on 80 % of the grapes of the Corvinone Veronese variety together with Corvinone and 20 % of the grapes of the Rondinella variety, a mountainous part of the Valpolicella wine-growing region, Verona, Veneto, Italy (altitude 100 - 150 m above sea level).
It is made using traditional methods in stainless steel tanks. In accordance with the ancient technique, "Ripasso" first fermented on the skins of the Amarone grape variety. Subsequently, it matured for 12 months in oak barrels and another 6 months matured filled in a bottle until the right time to become a wine lover.
It goes well with the first course, roast and red meat.
It is recommended to open this wine at least half an hour before drinking. Serve at 18 - 20 ° C. Store in a cool place away from light and heat sources.
