Sir Edmond is a premium Dutch gin with a very distinctive vanilla flavor. It is made from bourbon vanilla, which comes from the island of Réunion, juniper from Macedonia, angelica root from Greenland, cardamom from Guatemala, ginger from Nigeria and cinnamon from China. These are truly first-class ingredients that have created the perfect gin with a fantastic taste.
The name gin comes from Edmond Albius, who pioneered the method of rapid pollination of vanilla flowers. The bottle is closed with a cork stopper.

The producers have taken the utmost care in selecting the right ingredients to flavour this distinctive gin. Salvaged grape skins are harvested after the wine is pressed to produce the base spirit, helping to minimise waste while delivering an exceptional liquid.
Natural ingredients including juniper, grains of paradise, lime blossom and acacia honey grown by partner producers complete the vibrant flavour profile of Renais gin.

Emma and her brother Alex's gin is inspired by the people, production and history of the Chablis region, where their father Chris has been investing in wine for over 30 years. The Domaine Watson brand, which exists separately from Renais, encompasses several small Chablis and Irancy vineyards. Renais makes its gin with grape skins from Domaine Watson vineyards that have been salvaged from the winemaking process, then fortifies them with pressed grand cru grapes and a selection of natural herbs. The result is a testament to the passion of two generations of the Watson family for the region and the wine of Chablis.
At Renais, they don't make ordinary celebrity gin. They are creating a true family heritage here. And they know what they're doing.
Bottles are bottled at 40 % alcohol with a volume of 0,7 l. The number of bottles is limited!
