Description
Bunnahabhain Eirigh na Grein is a single malt whisky from the Scotch island of Islay, famous for producing whisky with a peaty smoked character. In this case, the peaty tones are quite soft and the fruitiness and sweet spice obtained by maturing in French and Italian red wine barrels come to the fore.
The name of the whisky "Eirigh na Greine" means morning sky in Gaelic and was chosen regarding its natural golden-amber colouring, reminiscent of a breathtaking sunrise over Bunnahabhain Bay.
The whisky is released only in a limited number of bottles every year and has already won several international awards since its first release.
Natural coloured and un-chillfiltered whisky.
