Bunnahabhain Stiùireadair is a sherry cask single malt whisky with flavors of sea and dried fruit that lingers on your lips, transporting you to the Bunnahabhain bay with its salty coastal notes.
Stiùireadair, which means helmsman in Scottish Gaelic, is the first whisky from Bunnahabhain that pays tribute to the helmsman depicted on every bottle. It serves as a reminder of the brand's origins, a connection to the past, and a symbol of enduring respect for the sea that surrounds the distillery.
To create Stiùireadair, the Master Blender selected sherry casks with first and second fill from distillates of various ages and warehouse locations to craft a whisky that truly reveals the coastal character of Bunnahabhain single malt, while retaining the classic sherry influence that everyone knows and loves in this renowned 12-year-old whisky.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 46.3% with a volume of 0.7 l. They are delivered in gift tubes.
