Cane Island Nicaragua 12 Year Old
The oldest rum from the collection of the independent brand Cane Island, which comes from tropical Nicaragua. It is made from high-quality molasses.
It was distilled using a Column Still at an unknown distillery whose name is not disclosed (there are only two brands of rum in Nicaragua, Flor de Caña and Ron Mombacho). It was then filled into American ex-bourbon white oak barrels, where it matured for 12 long years.
This Nicaraguan rum delivers what you expect from a real and honest 12 year old rum! Finally, it was poured into bottles with a 43 % alcohol content, which were closed with a cork. We recommend enjoying it neat or possibly with an ice cube.
