The creator of this rum, Faubert Casimir, continues the work begun by his father Duncan in 1979. He grows 50 hectares of non-hybrid, soft, white and red Hawaiian sugar cane in Baraderes, Haiti. Each of these reeds is harvested only at the moment of full maturity. During the fermentation process, it traditionally adds lemon grass leaves, cinnamon and a few pieces of ginger to the pure sugar cane. The classic and richly overflowing taste of its agricole rhuma Clairin Casimir will allow you to enjoy the period atmosphere 200 years ago. Produced in small quantities with a rich aroma and a well-balanced taste profile with mineral and medical undertones.
